Registered freelance and part-time journalist since 1988, member of AIPS (International Sports Press Association). For several years I acquired experience in local news coverage, reportage and sports events, before specializing in sports photography. From 1985 I was an active member of the agency PentaPhoto in Milan - Italy, and a correspondent for the Associated Press, for whom in the past thirty years I covered major sports events around the world (including seven Olympic Games, more then ten years of Alpine Ski World Cup and World Championships for a variety of sports). From more then fifteen years I’m developing new ideas and schemes for immortalizing fragments of the world around me through my camera lens.
